Terms of use

These terms apply to every booking at Creaze Academy, whether made online, by phone or at the counter. Creaze Academy is operated by AN Sports and Fitness Pvt Ltd, First Floor, L-30, 7th Street, Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai 600058 ("we", "us"). By making a booking you agree to these terms.
Bookings
- A booking gives you use of the chosen facility for the booked time only: Automatic Bowling Machine 1, Automatic Bowling Machine 2, or Box Cricket (the whole arena).
- Payment is made at the counter when you arrive. Please arrive 10 minutes early and quote your booking reference.
- Bowling machine bookings: each 30 minute session has 20 overs or up to 30 minutes of play time, and can have up to 4 players (1 hour can have 8 players).
- Slots are in 30-minute blocks. Sessions start and end at the booked times. If you arrive late, the session still ends on time.
- Prices include GST. We may change prices; changes do not affect bookings already made.
- If you do not turn up, we may decline future online bookings from your number.
Age
You must be at least 18 to book on your own. Players under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. Players under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the whole session.
Safety and conduct
- Wear a helmet when batting against a bowling machine. Pads, gloves and an abdominal guard are strongly recommended.
- Only our staff may set up or adjust the bowling machines, unless a staff member has shown you how and allowed you to.
- Do not walk in front of a bowling machine while it is running or loaded.
- Wear non-marking sports shoes. Metal spikes are not allowed on the turf.
- Smoking, alcohol, chewing gum, food on the turf and abusive behaviour are not allowed. We may end a session if these rules are broken.
Equipment, risk and belongings
Please take care of the nets, turf, machines and balls; you may be charged for damage caused by misuse. Cricket involves a risk of injury and you take part at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury except where caused by our own negligence, or for lost or stolen belongings.
Changes by us
If we must cancel or shorten a session because of a power cut, machine breakdown or another reason within our control, we will offer a free reschedule, and refund anything already paid for the lost time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Chennai.
Cancellations and refunds

Payment is taken at the counter, so cancelling online costs nothing. If you paid in advance at the counter and cancel in time, we refund the same way you paid, within 2 working days.
If we cancel your session for a reason within our control, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund of anything paid. The facility is indoors, so sessions go ahead in any weather.
Privacy

AN Sports and Fitness Pvt Ltd, which runs Creaze Academy, is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

Booking data is stored with Google (Firebase), which hosts this website. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may message you on WhatsApp about your bookings; we send offers only if you ask for them.
We keep booking records for 8 years because company and tax law require it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, except records we must keep by law, by writing to our Grievance Officer: The Manager, Creaze Academy, playatcreaze@gmail.com, 9962521225. We reply within 30 days.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
